Flash Cut Gaskets

Flash cutting works for thin gage plastic, dense rubber, compressed fiber, foam and sponge materials, and many others. It is ideal for prototype runs or very low volume parts that do not support the expense of tooling. This cutting method was engineered to cut materials used in the aerospace, automotive, MRO, and Petro-chemical industries.

Advantages of Digital Knife Cutting:

  • Great for prototype projects
  • No tooling costs
  • Perfect for cutting “kits” – multiple part configurations using the same materials
